About the Seminar

Implementation techniques of Network coding - Network coding (NC) means algebraic data mixing at intersection of transmission paths. This paradigm of data transport guarantees optimal throughput and is to replace the traditional way of store-and-forward. This is an introductory talk that stresses on techniques, mostly unpublished before, for efficient implementation. For the benefit of the audience, many examples will be on data handling. The talk also introduces a systematic way for exploring new applications of NC.
